Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on shipping address. We will try to have all items shipped out within two to three business days (48-72 hours) of order being placed.
You will be notified via e-mail once your item has been shipped out. If you have not received your items within 8-10 business days of purchase, please contact support@joyfulecreative.com. Please include, name, address, order number, and tracking number.
Please note that with handmade natural products, you may have slight variances in color and composition from batch to batch. If you have any questions about products received please contact us as soon as possible.
Holiday Shipping
Shipping may be delayed due to holiday hours. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for delivery if you have ordered around an observed national holiday such as Christmas or Thanksgiving. It is recommended that you place your order two weeks in advance if you wish to receive your items before a holiday. If you have additional questions, please contact support@joyfulecreative.com.

Exchanges & Returns
JoyfulE Creative, LLC is committed to providing quality handmade products and customized services to our clients. Only exchanges of damaged products may be done at this time. Please refer to our event services section for refunds or cancellations concerning our event services and items. We encourage our customers to buy with confidence. If you have received damaged items, please submit pictures to our support services.
All questions concerning items received can be e-mailed to support@joyfulecreative.com. We will try our best to get back to you within 24hours of your inquiry. Please allow for within 4-7 business days of receipt of returned item(s) for exchanged item(s) to be shipped out. All exchanges of handmade products must be of equal or greater value than original items purchased.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If in the unfortunate event you happen to receive a product that is damaged please contact support@joyfulecreative.com within 24 hours of receiving product(s). All inquiries must be accompanied by a picture of the damaged goods. Please adhere to our Return/Exchange policy for instructions.

BODY BUTTERS RETURN POLICY
. Only exchanges will be accepted at this time.
. Exchanges must be made within 2 days of ITEM RECEIVED date.
. Exchanges must include, name, reason for exchange, invoice or receipt of purchase
. Empty containers will NOT be refunded
. All merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Tamper seal for whipped body butters must be unbroken on jars.
. We apologize, but we do not refund original shipping charges with exchanges. Additional shipping charges may apply.
. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Associated fees & charges will not be refunded.
